5 Minute Presentation Reflection

If had been able to do what was originally planned, my video would have stood out. Other than that, I think what stood out the most was when I asked Graham what his record amount of text messages was, and he said 9,500. I just laughed, and he asked how many I've done, and when I said my record was 30,000 in one month, everyone was shocked. :]

The most challenging to do was to come up with a good visual, because I couldn't really work on my presentation while in New York, so I pretty much had to come up with the whole thing on Thursday when I got back. I hated doing it so last minute, because I think it probably would've been much better if I had more time to prepare, but I think it still came out just fine for the requirements.

Interview 1 Reflection

I think the most important thing I learned from my interview was that texting is a very competitive business with not only providers but with people that invent new phones. For example, if someone were to make a phone that isn't text messaging compatible, no service provider (Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) would buy it, because they can't sell it. Providers are looking for the best new phone with the best new technology, because thats what us consumers are looking for. Nobody wants to buy a new phone that is outdated and doesn't have good technology.
